Billy as we call him was laid back, has many friends and loved by all of us. Billy loved the outdoors, loved to fish, boating and playing sports. Billy always had a smile and he was someone that you loved to be around, he was full of life. Billy worked with me as a mason and we also plays flagfootball together. Billy died on June 26 2004 four days before his 29th birthday while riding his ATV at night, Billy hit a tree head on and was killed instantly.
